Haven’t you had a hard time to get a good night sleep. Lately I am having trouble sleeping and I had no idea what to do, so I did a tiny little research. I took four things I decided to try hope you guys like it and if you have more ideas please let me know.
#1 Bye bye Electronic
Turn off every electronic devices, your phone, your tablet, ipad, computer, tv, everything! It keeps you distracted and is not good because your mind can’t rest.
#2 Atmosphere
So it’s time to invest in a comfortable pillow and soft blankets. The point is to be as comfy as possible.
#3 Meditation
So I use this amazing app for meditation before going to sleep, it’s call “Calm” really check this one out, it help me a lot!
#4 Tea Night Time
My favorite thing in the world, I love tea, and my favorite one is lemon tea and apple with cinnamon tea, you can take your favorite tea to relax

No les ha pasado que batallan para tener una buena noche durmiendo. Últimamente eh tenido muchos problemas para dormir y no tenía idea de que hacer, así que hice una pequeña investigación. Tome cuatro cosas que decidí intentar, espero que les sirva y si tienen más ideas, porfis compártanlas.
#1 Bye bye Electrónicos
Apaga todos los aparatos electrónicos, tu celular, tablet, ipad, computadora, televisión, ¡todo! Te mantiene distraída y no es bueno porque tu mente no puede descansar.
#2 Atmosfera
Es tiempo de invertir en una almohada cómoda y sabanas suaves. El punto es estar tan cómoda como te sea posible.
#3 Meditación
Eh estado usando esta increíble aplicación para meditar antes de irme a dormir y se llama “Calm” en verdad deberían checarla, a mí me ayudó mucho.
#4 Noche de Té
Mi cosa favorita en el mundo, amo el té, y mi favorito es el de limón y el de manzana canela, puedes tomar tú té favorito para relajarte.
